We were looking forward to using the bar seating under the house, but it was under construction, however we all enjoyed the seating under the house and watched movies. « This house was fantastic! We stay in loads of VRBOs, at least 4 each summer, and this house was the most modern, clean and well equipped rental! From fully electric toilets with seat warmers, bidets and bum dryers to a glass washer on the side of the sink, this place has it all! The kids loved the TV and soft lounger under the stairs! So close to hop down to the beach and a then a fancy outdoor shower when you return, complete with a cozy backyard with a modern grill and swings - it’s perfect!...

« If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in...

« We really enjoyed this stay, check in was easy and Greg was awesome with the whole process. The hosts were easy to contact via text for any issues and were always quick to reply. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach, i feel like that the access via this community was more private which we loved. It is peaceful and restful and the updates made to the downstairs porch makes for a great outdoor living area next to the ocean. You will have your own personal sandy path to the beach. The house is so close to downtown Fernandina, restaurants, shopping and Fort Clinch. The drive into Fort Clinch is a beautiful drive of a canopy of trees. ...
