« Enjoyed our visit to Colonial Beach. Rented a golf cart for getting around town; highly recommend this method of transportation. Lovely view from the condo and easy access to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars.However, plan accordingly for the late-night, weekend live music next door at Tiki Hut.Spent an afternoon at the pool, which is not on-site. But with the golf cart, it was an easy, short commute. »

« Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably could have used a large frying pan or griddle to make large breakfast for everyone. We made due. Each bedroom had fun decor and great linens. The showers were...

« So grateful to have a vrbo where our two 50 lb dogs are welcome. The new home being built next door is beautiful to watch them finish but to see the river we only had to turn left out of the driveway and walk around the corner to see it or go outside the master bedroom to the end of the deck and we could see a slice of it. The owner responds well. It is quiet; there are basic provisions and the a/c works great! The beds were also very comfortable!! »
