"Good value for money. Exactly what you would expect from a hotel on the cheap side. We got a room only for a night as we had an early morning flight from Luton. Position is very convenient to go to the airport, the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the bus station where you can get transports to get to the airport. Both the room and the bathroom were very small, especially the shower, but there was everything needed to stay a night."

"Food is typical mass produced bar type menu. Football is always on way too loud to hear conversation, they often bring your starters and main courses together, and last night forgot to bring cutlery before the food. When reminded, completely forgot and food went cold. Spoke to new manager who had to be argued with for a refund. There ars some great staff though. Ahmed in the bar really stands out and he did his best to handle put complaint. The manager who seems new was useless. As a team, our team has spent tens of thousands of pounds staying at the Village over the last couple of years. Thst stopped this week. "

"The hotel parking is dubious (at least it will be until my parking charge gets sorted). What made the parking charge worse is that we left the hotel for food and so were charged - fined - twice for parking...That's £200 until it gets resolved. I wouldn't mind so much, but we registered and parked as directed by the staff - I'm assuming its some registration glitch. Tell you what...when it gets sorted i'll change my review - but until then i'd either avoid this place or be absolutely crystal clear about being registered for parking!"

"My room was clean and comfortable. Air con not working which shouldnt be an issue this time of year as having an open window would be fine. However, this is an issue due to the 10000 decibel music with a baseline that goes through you - from outside - for hours. Usually id be a "cant beat em, join them" type but i was a lone female who found the groups of young men congregating and smoking, intimidating. Fellow guests were also inconsiderate - constant door banging. Thankfully i was only here for a (very looong sleepless) night to catch an early flight. Security and reception both very friendly and helpful. Never again - hotel is ok, area - not so much."

"Exec room was disappointing. Smallest hotel bed we have slept in for probably 20 years. Cold water pressure in tap was very low and shower was very poor. Parking was expensive and when we left at 4:30am we couldn’t get out of the car park despite having paid. Using the call button on the exit barrier didn’t work despite trying for nearly 5 minutes. One of us then went back into the hotel for help, but couldn’t get back in as we didn’t have a card and reception was not staffed. Disappointing for an airport hotel. Eventually we got back in as some other guests were leaving. What we had thought would be a convenient hotel to help make the build up to our flight less stressful turned out the opposite. "

"The property is dated and tired. It felt grubby. I actually try avoid this hotel preferring others nearby and only go when I have no other options."

"Breakfast is provided fresh buffet style. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean & spacious. Not a complaint, just an observation over the many times we have used the hotel. Why only one comfortable chair though. ? Leaving the other person sit on foot stool or on the desk chair ( not very comfy,) or lie on the bed . Also I found the disabled parking at the front of the hotel was full with no badges shown. 7 cars not one badge berween them. That said we look forward to returning to the hotel on our next visit "
