« The host was very welcoming and the apartment was nice and worked out well. Would stay here again. The only negative was that the downstairs neighbor would knock on our floor when they felt that our minimal noise level was louder than they had apparently wished for. Even with that though , I’d give it another go! »

I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. « Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. »

It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. « Overall the stay was decent. Street parking was required. The owner didn’t cut the grass and we wanted to enjoy the backyard and use the grill but didn’t due to bugs in the high grass. The outside trash can was very full, barely could fit our trash in it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was alot of dead bugs in the shower. There is only one farm door for the bathroom and bedroom next door. The location was great though. »

« The place was very clean and in a really nice location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt so soft. Our only complaint was that the bathroom only provided shampoo, body wash, and only a couple of towels. We would have appreciated some conditioner and some extra towels. If it wasn’t super cold outside we would have been able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely keep this place in mind if we come back to the area. »

« Our host, Laura York, made our stay very enjoyable, and any little problem that came up, she took care of very quickly. We had convenient, laundry, facilities, and our location easily took us to everything we needed, including places to eat, and places to shop. "Premièrement l'extérieur de l'hôtel a une odeur d’égouts.. plusieurs déchets sur le sol et le parking est pas sécuritaire… plusieurs personnes se promène et tard le soir… dans la chambre il y avais des cafards/coquerelle et plusieurs autres petites insectes, le papier de toilette est déjà a moitié utiliser, plusieurs personne dans le corridor qui parle fort et ce chicane…quelqu'un est même venu cogner a notre porte a minuit, moi et ma copine avons donc décider de partir car on sentais le danger.. je me recommande en aucun cas cette hotel "
