Cute Place

Very cute and comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Outside of town but close enough for convenience. We were able to explore Denali two days, Northpole and other local attractions. Host was great about communicating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings

We stayed in the efficiency apartment of a large house located in the forests just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The host was responsive and accommodating of our needs. The unit was just as described with a comfy bed, living area and kitchenette.

The stay was wonderful, the only complaint I have was the lack of ventilation in the property but it was definitely manageable. Overall would stay again if I ever come back to Fairbanks!

The bed was not suitable to sleep & uncomfortable due to bed size (full size) under the topper (queen). There is no black out curtains. There are none of containers available like salt or sugar. The shower runs slow and has some leaks. The area of property is pretty and easy access to Chena Hot Springs and highway northeast to Circle. It also is near stores like Costco and foodies.

Nice location

We stayed for 6 weeks. We we’re returning for a visit after leaving Fairbanks. The managers were readily available for any needs. We chose this for the reasonable price & location & we’re very pleased with this unit.

Beautiful property!

This place is out of town enough to be quiet, but not too far of a drive. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed for an extended stay. Our host was polite and the communication was great.

Lovely Private Apartment in the Woods

We had a very lovely stay at this property. It's not very far out of town, but in a quiet, secluded area. The rental was clean and tidy and had a full kitchen and refrigerator, which was nice for my longer length of stay. The owner was super responsive to any questions and communication we had, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay Lee Ann!

great spot! comfortable and roomy. kitchen could use a few more items, bed updated comforter and sheets and a blanket or two for while watching tv on the comfy couches. quiet, peaceful and the roads up to it is ver easily driven. when you get there drive to the end of the street and way up the hill to the pretty gray house! Very easy access to main roads !! great host!!!

Nice property close to Fairbanks.

The host was very accommodating. We needed to change our dates and the host took care of it and we received a refund for the cancelled days promptly. The property was well maintained, bed was comfy, and shower hot.

This property had everything we were looking for on our trip to Fairbanks. Good location and very nice host who was easy to communicate with. Clean and we had a small kitchen to use if we needed it as well! Would stay again!

Great Place to prep for Denali

Decent loft apartment to crash for a few days. The kitchen is nice but could use a couple more basic utensils. Be advised that there are no curtains and the sky light makes it very bright for sleeping.

Nice and Cozy

Was in town for a few days for a sports activity and stayed here. For the price, I'd say it was OK. Don't expect anything fancy but it had the basics and was good for the value. Just one word of warning, the bathroom is a little weird in its layout and to get to the shower could be a tight fit if you are on the larger size. While the shower is s standard size, the opening to get to its door is about 18 inches wide. It wasn't an issue for me but I thought I'd let others know.

Peaceful setting

Price worked for our lodging budget to be able to experience the wooded AK beauty out of the city. Owner was nice and willing to accommodate. VRBO could help by allowing earlier communication with an owner before having to commit with a payment/reservation. More info is sometimes needed before commitment. I have relayed property improvement comments directly to the owner rather than on here. No TV, but good high speed Internet. All in all a great experience! Hard to rate with no other experiences to compare to so normally don’t do reviews.
