Cependant la réception par téléphone et par email était extrêmement réactive et nous a beaucoup aidé. Si vous n'êtes pas d'Australie je vous recommande vivement de prendre une puce téléphonique dès votre arrivée pour avoir accès à internet, à la réception et à l'application. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood.
