The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. "Property is situated in a great location. Close to everything, but off to left side looking up the mountain. So great views but also quiet, even if a rave in the plaza. Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to answer a question. The heated pool and spa was great after a day of skiing. Lack of snow an issue, but the mountain team made an exceptional effort to prepare the slopes. Even with conditions changing hourly, we had a great time skiing. "
