This newly constructed duplex-style property offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a prime location just blocks from Moonlight, D Street, and Swami's Beach. With two primary bedrooms featuring king beds and ensuite bathrooms, two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom, plus a den with a twin/twin daybed and queen futon, there's ample space for up to 9 guests.

Spread across 4 split levels, this 2426-square-foot home showcases high-end, luxurious furniture. The main level presents a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, dining space, and a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before retreating to the beautiful rooftop deck to savor panoramic ocean views and dine al fresco with the BBQ and prep sink. The downstairs level boasts 3 bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. Stay comfortable with the split AC system with individual thermostats in each room. Spectacular Home and Location!
Beautiful and spacious home with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Nice ocean view from top deck. Short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, and beach. Great vibe in the area. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Nice place - absurd check-in & check-out process
This is a fairly new rental, in a good neighborhood and generally was clean and tidy. However the check-in process involves going to the property managers office in another town, just to pick up the keys. I arrived late at night with young kids and had to drive the office which was closed, find a lockbox in the dark, enter the code and collect the unit keys. For checkout I had to do it all again… this adds quite a bit of time to the start and end of your trip. Why not add a digital keypad like almost every other rental house in the world? The house has WiFi cameras all around the outside.. so it’s not like they are opposed to technology. So bizarre.

Our Stay in Encinitas
We loved our stay here in Encinitas. The home was beautiful and in the best location! We walked to meals in downtown and Moonlight Beach each/every day. Access to walking paths along the Coastal Highway are right there to hop on each morning too. This property is managed by a third party rental agency (Stubbs) and they were very helpful and responsive. Keys are picked up at their office in Solano Beach. This is a brand new rental so, it’s not outfitted with much in the way of supplies (linens, paper products, cleaning/dish, even random spices or salt/pepper) - that are fun to have from former renters when you forget to buy that one thing… We loved our week here and hope to be back next year again!
