« We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. « We had an amazing stay! When we walked in, the house was spotless and so inviting, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was the definition of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hiking The Channels and attending the MLB Speedway Classic, even though the game got rained out the first time. A special thanks for the delicious chocolate cake and the thoughtful Bristol Motor Speedway bag. We can’t wait to come back! »

« The cabin is well maintained and very pleasant place to stay. Be sure to read the Host's manual, although he regularly checks in on VRBO to see how you are doing. Be sure to bring a vehicle that can handle the road leading up to the cabin. Although there is a wide spot where you can park and walk a bit. Very easy.Great place to stay; I highly recommend checking it out. »

« Tucked just off the main road, Lil Blue is located just a less than 30 minute drive to the Bristol area and minutes away from Abingdon. We enjoyed the Bristol Caverns, Appalachian Caverns and Backyard Terror and Dinosaurs one day of our stay. Then as we drove home, various locations of The Virginia Creeper Trail. The house was stocked with plenty of essentials. The location is pretty quiet, inviting and relaxing; we enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch. The owners have a great personality,...

« Wren’s Nest was an absolute delight. Check-in was easy. Ryan, the host, was so prompt with answers to all questions. The rental is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped making it a joy to cook. The leather couch, chair, ottoman and bed were so comfortable providing much relaxation after a long hike on the Appalachian Trail. The owners spared no expense. Quality was a priority as well as detail throughout the entire property. We will definitely be back. Sue & Jim »

« From entering the cabin, to the time we left, we were met with a warm cozy spirit. The place was clean and smelt pleasant, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. « The best part for us was the quiet, privacy, and view that allowed us to relax. The cute cabin was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The two porches had an amazing view. The walk down to the lake on the well-constructed stairs and landings to the dock was a hidden gem. We even caught some fish and would like to return again. »
