« We are from IB but live out of state now. We came for a weekend to visit family and found this cute house 2 blocks from the beach. Great price, very nice house inside and house. Owner was super helpful and communicative. We had an issue with the water not being hot. He got SDGE sent out within the hour to fix the problem and was apologetic. House has everything you need except food obviously. It was a awesome find and we will definitely be renting again if it's available for our next stay....

« Très bel appartement tel que décris! Propreté impeccable et près de la plage. La communication avec Erich et Taylor est rapide et facile! Ils sont vraiment gentils et accueillants. Tout ce qu’on avait besoin était là et même équipement pour la plage(chaises, charriot, parasol et jouets). Le stationnement est dans la rue mais on a toujours trouvé une place à proximité de l’appartement. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit! Véronique »

« The house was perfect for our group of ten. 2 min walk to the beach. Bedroom descriptions are off...should be 1 king in master upstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 queen downstairs with a twin, and 4th bedroom has 3 twins. It was still perfect for us. Tub in master bath does not work, hot water handle is disconnected. Back yard is like a jungle oasis...gorgeous. Light switches are difficult to navigate. Very good pots and pans. Even with the small quirks, the home was perfect for us. »

« It’s a beautiful house in a great location in that it is close to restaurants and Lips, which is where we were going. I didn’t look at first, which is my fault, but there is only street parking, which can be challenging. That being said, we were able to get parking relatively easy. »

« Great location. 10 min drive to everything touristy. Cute place. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Well stocked but was without coffee. It felt like home but nicer than mine. Our stay was very short so didn't use laundry facility, nor did we the need to contact owner. »

« The VRBO was as cute and clean as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had. We were in San Diego to see family and could prepare a couple of meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood The only negative was the busy 4 lane street in front. However, it tells you that in the information and we knew it was a busy street. I would highly recommend Sand Dollar Villa and would stay there again. »
