"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast was amazing with traditional Spanish breakfast and lots of variety to choose from. Fresh squeezed juices and delicious coffee. Totally worth 13 EUR. Doorman very helpful, front desk, bartenders (rooftop bar open until midnite) all awesome staffing and very helpful. Location awesome in grand via -very walkable, safe neighborhood. "

"It was easy to find right on Gran Vía so it was very convenient, staff was ready to help you up and down the main stairs to the elevators with your luggage, despite English not being their first language they were very helpful with questions or were quick to find someone who understood so they can assist. "Property is clean but too old that reflect on the condition of the rooms. Haven’t been updated recently. Staff were very pleasant. The are where is located makes it very difficult for a taxi pick up or drop up. My uber driver had to leave me next corner as he couldn’t park on the Main Street to avoid a ticket. "

"Great location, steps from plaza mayor. The rooms were small but clean and ergonomic. The room service was great. There is a coffee corner in the basement of the hotel where we would get our free morning coffee and fruits. The AC was a little less effectively but kept temps at 68-69 F which was fine for us. For travelers who like their room cool (60-65 F) during sleep it might be an issue. "

"This hotel is ideal for a visit to Madrid. Right on a major square, the Puerta del Sol, there are shops and restaurants all around, and a metro stop. The property has a nice restaurant/bar that is open late and is very reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious, nice bathroom, free wifi. Everything exceeded our expectations!"
