You have full and total access of the home, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the following restriction:
✦ Main Entrance to the building is LOCKED between 9PM-7AM. You must check-in from the back entrance outside of these hours.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but since we do not live on site, we may not be immediately aware of any issues. If you notice anything missing, broken, or in need of repair, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly and make things right!
For urgent matters like leaks, power outages, or anything that impacts your immediate safety or comfort, please contact us immediately via phone or messaging, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
For non-emergency concerns, such as minor repairs, wifi issues, cleanliness or missing items, please send us a message, and we’ll ensure these are handled in a timely manner.
