"The home was lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay. The one thing that I would recommend is direction on the heat and air. We were unable to figure out what to do The downstairs was cold and when we tried to raise the temp the upstairs was unbearably hot. I also wanted to let you know there was a leak from the ceiling in the master bedroom. Lastly, My daughter lost a small hoop earring. If you find it could you please contact me to have it returned. "We chose the house because it was only a 10 minute drive from my sister's house in West River. The house was in a nice neighborhood and it was big enough to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children. I wish there had been enough hand towels and wash cloths for 7 people, but we managed. Also, the rental agency gave us the welcome book for the wrong house."

"The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because it was clean. The listing says 4 people can stay here but when we pulled out the sofa bed it was only a twin bed. We tried contacting the property manager for this listing and he replied 10 hours later and said check with the front desk. Never replied to me after that. The front desk didn’t have cots or anything else we could use- so my sister in law had to sleep on the floor. Very very terrible customer service and very disappointed that this...
