The Space: Built in the 1950s as a family summer cottage, this home has been thoughtfully renovated with French country styling while keeping the relaxed beach-house spirit alive. The king bedroom is just off the sunlit foyer on the main level. Down the hall, a second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs in the loft, twin bunks are set up for kids or extra guests. The single full bathroom is on the main floor - compact but well-appointed. The screened porch is the heart of the house - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine with a view of the trees.
