« We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). « Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again! »

« I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend. »

She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with.
