« There were 6 adults from Canada and we had a wonderful stay at Roisin and Larry's home. It is a very impressive home and they had a well stocked pantry for us to enjoy. There were lots of things over and above what was required but they were really appreciated by us. The check in and out process was great. « We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time! On ne se lassait pas d'admirer la vue sur le bras de mer qui arrive juste au bout du jardinet! La maison est restée dans son jus depuis les années 80,, mais l'équipement est suffisant et conforme au descriptif. Un lave -vaisselle serait le bienvenu, cependant... « What a wonderful place inside and out. If you like to have privacy and a great view, this is the place. A very spacious house with great appliances, beds, a stock kitchen, and a loverly place to sit and enjoy the view. The home is within a 10 min. walk to a beach that you can go for a stroll. We really appreciated the black out curtains in the baby's room. The host was very attentive to our needs-supplied a crib, toys & high chair. »

« My group of friends and I had a very nice stay at Acara. The condo was roomy for 3 couples. Everyone had a bathroom which was great. The location was ideal to walk to downtown for restaurants. I would recommend this to groups or families and I would definitely go there again! Thanks to Tony! »

« A very nice cottage with a real seaview. Everything you need is in the cottage. Beds are comfortables, the kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is situated on the Ring of Kerry. The village of Sneem is only 10 minutes away by car. In the area you can do nice walks. Go to Derrynane for instance for a walk. When you are there, take a boat trip on the Atlantic Ocean and Kenmare Bay, if you are lucky, like we were, you will get to see dolphins! »

« There was a strong odor throughout the house and it smelled like cat urine. Two out of four of us are allergic and had to take meds. Otherwise, it was a very nice place and appreciated the great instructions. Thank you. »

« The location is beautiful and feels set apart despite being so close to services and the incredible drives and towns on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Everything would be 5 stars except there was a little musty smell, likely coming from the carpets and perhaps older furnishings in LR. It was wonderful to have 2 lovely bathrooms, a very comfortable king bed, laundry, and a sparkling kitchen. We did have problems communicating with the host, despite international roaming -- but that's not...

« This place was excellent for our Ireland Golf trip. We had 8 golfers which included two of my son’s and two wives joined us for a total group of 10. The home was well situated for our drives to some of Ireland’s premier golf courses and our day trip to Killarney. The house is much larger than it appears in the photos particularly the two upstairs king en suite bedrooms. Sean was easy to communicate with and made the process easy. Much appreciated. John »

« J’ai été fortement décue par le comportement du gérant. Nous avons été arnaqués quant à la consommation d’électricité. Nous n’avons jamais pu avoir accès à l’application comme c’était normalement prévu. Le gérant a refusé de nous donner les codes alors que c’était indiqué que c’était à nous de gérer… bref il s’est mis de l’argent en liquide à donner à notre départ. Absolument pas honnête. D’autant plus que la maison n’est absolument pas isolée, les chauffages sont obsolètes donc pas appropriés...

« We loved it here! We could see the ocean from our windows. The cabin was very spacious with ensuites in both bedrooms. The kitchen/living room was well laid out, with a washing machine included. We were able to walk to the ocean front and enjoy a walk along the beach »
