The house was very clean. It has a great view of the horse pastures. We were on the 2nd floor so we did hear the downstairs guests until 3am both mornings. There is no TV, which wasn't a big deal just didn't realize. The windows are great to look out of but do not seal well so there was cool air coming from them. (It was in the teens temp wise when we stayed). Also, no bathroom door on the master bathroom so its not very private.
