CHECK-IN | 4PM
Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 9pm, you must contact our host team at least 24 hours prior to check-in to confirm late arrival access. Should you request an early check-in, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. While we can't guarantee an early check-in, we will let you know as soon as the cleaning team has the space ready for you.

CHECK-OUT | 11AM
Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late check-out should be directed at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be granted when possible for an additional charge of $50 to upgrade your check-out time to 1pm.

GETTING THERE
It's about 15 minutes south of downtown, 15 minutes west of Canal Park and 15 minutes southwest of UMD.

PARKING
There is space for two cars in the driveway on site for guests as well as free street parking.

ENTRY
Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

THE LOCATION
The area is in a quiet, cozy neighborhood West Duluth, near the cool and up-and-coming downtown strip of West Duluth.

HEATING & COOLING
The central air conditioning and heating is controlled by a guest accessible thermostat.

INTERNET
High-speed! 100Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space that has patio furniture, picnic table, fire ring and lights for your enjoyment! There is NO smoking allowed on the property.

THINGS TO DO
Duluth's many mountain bike trails are a popular attraction! We are also located not far from to Canal Park, Park Point Beach (the longest fresh water sand bar in the world!), Chester Creek Park, Tischer Creek Park, Lester River Park, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants!

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed keyless locks on the home. Please only use the rear entrance as your key code will only work on that door.

CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.

The Irving neighborhood is located within the West Duluth district of Duluth, Minnesota, United States. The cozy neighborhood is nestled along the Saint Louis Bay and Keene Creek flows softly through the neighborhood. Irving Park is a sweet park within the neighborhood that is walking distance from the house. There are also sweet shops, restaurants and cocktail bars nearby in the west Duluth area as well! Bailey Builds shop, Shake-It juice + smoothie bar, Zenith Bookstore, The West Movie Theatre, Wussow's Concert Cafe, The Jade Fountain and Boreal House are a few of our some of our favorite West Duluth spots.

Entering the address into map apps and following the directions is an easy way to get to Irving Blue. One thing to note is that maps apps do not yet show that there are houses in this property location. But there are indeed houses there! We are a local group who live nearby and are always happy to help our guests!
The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE by the credit card given at check-in and also gives WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE authorization to do so should damage occur.

CONCIERGE
Concierge is available by text between the hours of 10am - 7pm. We are always happy to guide your journey - from local recommendations, reservations and more. For emergencies, always contact 911.

PET POLICY
The Irving Homes is a dog-friendly property. We welcome up to 2 well-socialized, well-trained dogs with a $99/dog pet fee per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. Please add the Furry Friend fee upon reservation. If you have a pet other than a dog, please check with us to see if we can accommodate you. If it's discovered you have an unregistered pet, a $150 fee will be assessed.

PARKING
Complementary guest parking is available at your abode behind the house on the parking pad. Two parking spots are available behind the house. Street parking is also available. Trailer and camper parking is not available.

SMOKING
No smoking of any kind allowed indoors - any odor or evidence in the loft will result in a $500 fee.

EVENTS
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors and be respectful of the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.

GUESTS
People other than those in the Guest Party Roster set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on and in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

CLEANLINESS
No shoes inside - please remove shoes at space entry. If excessive cleaning is required due to your party, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down any toilet. No Feminine products should be flushed in any toilet at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.

PHOTOGRAPHY
No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host at least 30 days in advance.

LOST & FOUND POLICY
Your host is not responsible for left behind or lost items. If something was lost, please contact our Concierge to locate the missing item. If found, we will gladly send it home to you for the cost of shipping & handling.

MINIMUM AGE POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a stay at our collection of stays. No exceptions.

DAMAGE POLICY
If damage to the property, furnishings, landscaping and other in-stay enhancements; please report immediately to your host. If guest at fault, repair and replacement will be assessed by management and a damage fee assessed at the discretion of the host.

QUIET HOURS
Respecting our neighbors is important to us. Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.

MAIL + PACKAGES
Mail service is not available at any of Waypoint Collective properties. Please refrain from mailing packages to the property and contact the USPS for guidance.

EVENT INQUIRIES
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. For event inquiries, please send us an inquiry through our hotel booking site if you are looking to rent one of our apartment spaces for an event or photoshoot. We have a special offer for local photographers. For all other inquiries, please email Waypoint Collective to learn more about our Conference Room and other event opportunities.

FIRE PIT
Before having a campfire, please consult the latest burn restrictions set forth by the DNR. Ensure the campfire is contained within the Solo stove and to completely extinguish the fire with water after use. As Smokey the Bear says, only you can prevent wildfires!
