Quiet Serenity with a Spectacular View of Drumheller Valley

Enjoy approximately 2500 square feet of a open floor plan with a huge kitchen and a eating area.

The home has several sitting areas with the most awesome view of the valley. The house is situated on a large lot facing east into the morning sun. It has two decks, one on front and a two tiered deck on the rear with BBQ along with outside security camera for Security Purposes.

Walking into the front door puts you in one of two living room areas on the main floor and looking into a large kitchen with a 4 x 6 island with a sink and dishwasher. The floor is finished with Brazilian Cherry hardwood throughout most of the floor.

The other sitting area is on the front of the house with three large windows to look in all directions of the valley. The main floor has a master bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a freestanding tub andwasher and dryer.

Upstairs gives you two bedrooms, one being another large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and sitting area. The second room is also spacious and has a queen beds and sitting area.

The bathroom possesses a double sink, vanity with mirror and a 4' shower.

The basement is finished with 9' ceilings. There is 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The family room is spacious and has a large flat screen TV with DVD. The bathroom downstairs is a three piece with a shower.
There also is over 300 DVDs to View. This Vacation Rental is Charged 4% on Guest stays for Alberta Tourism Levy. Under 28 day stays.

We stayed here for a large group family vacation to visit Drumheller. Although it is a bit far from Drumheller, there was quite a bit to do and see in and around East Coulee. That was a pleasant surprise! There was lots of space in this rental with a surprising amount of privacy. Lots of bedrooms and space to relax and socialize. Very clean and organized. We would definitely go back!

Perfect for large family
We traveled as 3 friends with 5 children to see the dinosaur activities around Drumheller. This was a fantastic option to save us from needing 3-4 hotel rooms. The house was well-maintained and clean, and the host was in contact well before our arrival with clear directions and check-in instructions. It was a tiny bit further out than we calculated initially but that didn't stop us from returning to the property mid-day to break up the activity for the children. Quiet neighborhood and a pleasant drive that takes you past a great location for climbing the Hoodoos which was on our list of activities anyway. Great find!

Well appointed house in cute community
The home is really nice, well furnished and clean. Furniture and beds are comfortable and we really appreciated the way the home was decorated. Our only complaint would be the air conditioning never actually cooled the home enough to make it a comfortable temperature. After trying it for the first day, we gave up on the a/c to be helpful and, since the weather cooled off enough at night, we just opened all the windows at night and shut them up tight during the day to keep it comfortable. It was extremely warm when we first arrived but that is typical for the area. Visited the little pottery store while in town on a walk and the owner gave us a lesson on how pottery is made. Very worthwhile and cool to visit. The town is very pretty and I would recommend a walk about to check it out.
