« I usually stay at this property several times a year when I am coming to visit family. This really is the first time things seems to be out of the ordinary, so hopefully when I return things will have improved. The elevators were not working, so I had to take luggage up 3 floors. Marijuana smell was pretty prevalent in the stairwell the entire time I stayed. My coffee maker in the room was not working properly. « Hot tub at the pool was down so they push you to get a room with hot tub in it for way more money. Pool area was pretty gross all weekend, giving benefit of the doubt that the place was almost sold out due to an apparent baseball league. Staff didnt seem to care about the packs of teenage boys roughhousing in the halls all hours of the night. I've stayed here a few times in the past and this stay pushed us to find different options next time. »

« The property is under construction, we were woken up by pounding and sounded like Jack hammering on the fourth floor, half the fourth floor was under construction. The first night we went down to get breakfast at 9 o’clock and even though when we checked in they said that the breakfast went to 930 there was no food to be had and when I asked the worker, he said that breakfast was only until 9. when I challenged him, he said oh yes, 930, mission.
