« It’s an easy to find property in Sun Prairie, WI located near a COSCO and Woodmans supermarket. There’s plenty of room to take scenic neighborhood walks in the evenings and mornings. There’s a nice open area for family meals together. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The only issue was the number of bathrooms, which listed 4.5 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom on the main floor next to the kitchen. »

« Our family all stayed at Kathy’s place to celebrate the 4th of July together. It was different than other rentals we have stayed at for we didn’t feel like renters, rather we felt like family. Kathy was extremely hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome. We were amazed at how well stocked the place was as it seemed like she had everything we could possibly need. « We had a family get together with all ages. There were a total of 11 of us. Nice updated appliances. Very nice furniture. Mary has been putting a lot of work on the house. She was very responsive. It was just a great time for all of us. Paddle boards, kayak, paddle boat and a nice dock. Beautiful view of the sunset we just had a wonderful time. Foosball and air hockey in the basement. »
