"The room was clean. The bed was in good condition and very comfortable. The facility in general is just a bit rundown and the breakfast was not good at all. The breakfast was so un appetizing that I didn’t even have anything."

"First, the staff was super friendly but I feel we were duped in a few ways. -The location is on Main St. but it's North Main St so not the part of cute downtown Main St. Our fault, just unknowledgeable about the location/area. -The hotels.com 8.2 rating and photos were a bit deceiving. While it seemed clean it was just a bit old and rundown. We ran into a couple of issues: -wifi was out because their basement flooded where the routers were. -the ice machine was broken. -the hot tub was broken. -there is no AC so it was very stuffy and hot in the room. -the bathroom sink was not draining. Again, super nice staff and an ok place to stay if you need easy, cheap and only need to sleep there. "

"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "

"Lovely older hotel with cool western themed decor. Right on the river. Quiet, convenient to old downtown with restaurants and shopping. HUGE room that was hyper clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Will stay again. "

"Location was great, breakfast was fresh and delicious and variety, but what made our stay was the EXCEPTIONAL service from the staff. Incredibly kind, incredibly accommodating and just thank you to the staff for going above and beyond when my son got sick. This stay here made our Telluride ski vacation; we are so grateful to the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies and breakfast ladies , thank you kindly . Great stay, huge room, and great view . "
