Capacity for 5 people: bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed (bed + trundle), and sofa bed for a child up to 12 years old (max. 90 kg, 65×190×18 cm). Equipped with under-counter refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, TV in the living room, and Smart TV in the bedroom.

The Resort is located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, in the town of Dina Huapi, Rio Negro, 14kms from downtown Bariloche. Our flats offer an unbeatable view. The complex has 300 metres of beach on the lake, and a beautiful lagoon with ducks and fish and a beautiful swimming pool only open in summer.

The resort is located in Dina Huapi, just 20 minutes from Bariloche Airport. You can get there by taxi or rental car. Although public transport runs every 40 minutes within 400 metres of the resort, we recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the different tourist attractions and points of interest.

The flat is on the ground floor facing the Nahuel Huapi Lake, it has a beautiful view of the garden, the lake and the mountains. It is spacious and well equipped. It has garden furniture and reclining chairs. It is very close to the exit to the beach. You will be staying in an environment of nature and unique views!

You'll have free parking and free wifi, as well as access to all areas of the complex, our 300-metre beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, and free access to the outdoor swimming pool on the lagoon (open in summer season from mid-December to mid-March). You will be only 5 minutes from shopping centres, restaurants and supermarkets in Dina Huapi, and 18 minutes by car from Bariloche's Civic Centre.

We recommend renting a car.
