« We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. »

« Very relaxing place early morning can be noisy with traffic but quiets down. Ate at a restaurant “Between two Dams” very good food. Cabin 2 was very clean. When visiting the area again would definitely stay again »

« Parents and two adult children stayed in the eagles nest. We stayed upstairs and our boys had the entire downstairs to themselves. It was clean and had recent updates. The host Christine is on site snd responded whenever we had a question. She was great! The entire grounds have recent updates and are well kept. Even the beach had been raked when we arrived. We rented a pontoon boat from Christine and were able to enjoy the entire lake. Enjoyed the hot tub, swam, built a fire. Nice mix of sun...

« The campground is being updated as it used to be a church camp. Cabin #1 is a cinder block cabin with 3 bedrooms, one shower/toilet/sink room and a common area for relaxing and eating. It was well decorated and comfortable. It has A/C and a couple fans. They thought of everything when they updated this place. The building with the restrooms is also a comfortable place to play games or watch movies. We were able to kayak and enjoy the river easily. We are looking forward to coming back again. »

« House was great, you can walk down the steps & literally get in the water of Lake Michigan. There are a lot of steps to get down there so not for someone with walking issues. House is cute, clean & has a great deck to sit out on & excellent lake access. Location is very rural & literally have to drive down dirt roads & hills to get to the house. Nothing serious but I was surprised. »

« Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Property was clean and welcoming. Beds and living space were comfortable and kitchen well stocked, even for our large group of 10 people. The kids loved playing in the spacious grass area of the yard. Property manager was great at communicating too. Wonderful trip for us! »

« Our stay at Mona Lake was absolutely fantastic. The boat provided was in great condition, allowing us to explore the lake with ease. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had incredibly comfortable beds. We were a group of 10 people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house manager was responsive and ensured our needs were met. I highly recommend this beautiful lake house for a wonderful vacation. »

« We were traveling with my mother who is a senior citizen, the only way to get to the house was a deck elevated 20 steps high, or walk around the back up a step hill. We chose the walk up the hill but if it had been wet I don't know how we would get my mother up because there are no stairs or access for people who aren't strong walkers. Also, Beach Access is stairs about 40 feet down so she couldn't go to the beach »
