« Place is pretty basic. Not enough counter space to cook. Oven very dirty. Need chairs in living room. No dish washing soap. Looks like a new owner that has just put in basic necessities. Fireplace was great although no matches or fire starter. Place was not prepared for cold weather. »

« Our entire family, including 3 littles, ages 6, 5, and 3, were sad to have to leave what they loving called "our bunk bed cabin". We all were confortable, king size beds for our tall guys. And Sarah was so responsive to even the tiniest detail! We will stay there again! »

« We were in awe of the beautiful location and the cabin itself was absolutely amazing! Lovely views from the windows and decks and plenty of room for a large group to spread out. The highlights for our family group were the game room and bunk room, the decks and the gorgeous upstairs sitting area with the large window! The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable! « By far the best place in Cuchara we have ever stayed with for a trip. Extremely clean, no pets or pet hair, extra amenities(coffee, tea, qtips, etc) The location is beautiful, the condo is perfect, Did we mention it is Pet Free, which is great for people with animal allergies. This property rates a 10 every way you look at it. We will gladly stay here for years to come. »

« The host had very complete instructions. We had the outside lights on and he sent a text that the neighbor was complaining, but he was very nice about it. The house is beautiful and so is the view! My son came by with his family and we all had a good time playing pool. A good time for our family from Louisiana. There were nine adults and we were very comfortable. »

« Quick stay, but we loved that it was off the beaten path. Super clean. No AC, so warmer than we’re used to, but I knew that going in. Only surprise was the sheer number of mosquitos. Wow. But we used bug spray and moved along (and obviously that’s just nature and the season, certainly not a knock on the property). Would definitely recommend as a home base to explore the valley. »

« We had a beautiful stay. This property had absolutely everything we could have wanted for a quiet getaway. From the brand new construction to the small details like quality fans in every room, it felt so welcoming and relaxing. The two bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house, so there is plenty of space not to hear someone, even if they are the loudest snorer! I loved the seating in the back with a spectacular view, though I would definitely suggest NOT using the little fire pit! It...

« This is our 3rd time staying at the cabin and we hate to leave every time. It's the perfect size for us and our two kids (and we've brought our dogs out before too) and the location on a creek amongst the pine trees is perfect. The owners are beyond accommodating and bend over backwards to make every stay special. »

"Il n’y a pas un grand choix d’hôtels dans la zone néanmoins cela n’est pas une raison pour offrir un si faible niveau de prestation. La chambre était dans l’ensemble très sale, l’aspirateur avait été passé seulement en plein milieu de la pièce. L’état général des équipements était mauvais (ancien et abîmé), notamment la fenêtre de la chambre qui était cassée et ne se fermait pas complètement… la salle de bain était à l’image du reste de la chambre, le tuyau d’évacuation de l’eau de la baignoire était partiellement bouché. Cet hôtel aura été le premier de mon roadtrip, définitivement le moins bon et paradoxalement l’un des plus cher. Je ne recommande pas."
