« Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties. Overall the room was clean and nice, spacious and extremely comfortable »

« Location is very near to KSL and very convenient. Staff were very helpful and queries were answered almost immediately. Check-in process was a little confusing, as there are different providers and it took us a while to find the location. If the check-in location is indicated in the check-in instructions, it will help a lot. »

« The check in experience was good and prompt. However, we were being allocated a room just besides the lift. The whole night there was engine sound. It was disturbing and since I’d already past 12am we tolerated the night. I did feedbacks the next day. Hopefully some customer experience will be provided in order to have our return stay. »

« Bought my 1 year old there to celebate her birthday. House keeping actually thought the towel we bought for her use was the hotels towel and cleared it. we hung it up in the wardrobe to be clear. the towel was white but even has her name embroided on it. the towel was eventually returned but i had no choice but to use the hotel towel on my baby after her shower. all the hotel did was say sorry. i requested for compensation but they have not reached out till today. i stayed in the suite. paid...

« Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing »

« Très bon séjour ! Hôtel magnifique, chambre superbe et confortable. Petit bémol, le sauna était hors service mais nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi au 26 ème étage. Les alentours ne sont pas forcement beaux mais je recommande tout de même ce lieu que j'ai beaucoup aimé. »

« Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings. »

« Super hotel. Nous avions pris une chambre familiale. Au moins 90m2 de surface, 3 tv , 1 lit king size et 2 lit double pour les enfants, 2 salles de bains avec toilettes, il y a meme un frigo. Salle de sport bien équipé, la piscine est au 11eme etage donc une tres belle vue sur la ville. Le ptit dej plaira a tous le monde car il y en a pour tous les gouts. Le paragon est un tres bon hotel et jy retournerais lors de mon prochain sejour a Johor. Je vous le recommande. »
