« Beautiful mountain town. The Steamboat Grand was perfectly located and minutes from everything. The staff, amenities and room was great. »

« The dog in the room next to our room barked loudly for almost 7 hours before the staff was able to contact the guest . The air conditioner made a high pitch buzzing noise. Had to pay for parking that was almost non existent and then there were signs up saying park at your own risk. Overall, very disappointed... »

« Very well kept property. Everything looks freshly painted , rooms and hallways. Nice area for breakfast. Parking is $12 for your car, but may that is what all the properties in steamboat do in a tourist area? Front desk was very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Not too far from downtown Steamboat, but there is also free bus service around the area so you can avoid parking in town. »

« Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again. »

« Please disregard the previous note I made about the hotel. Turns out that the manager was not feeling well that day and did not make the changes I had asked for. I stay here about six times a year and they are always cordial and willing to work with me. »
