« This was a fairly brand new hotel that just opened recently in Steamboat Springs. It’s in a great area where you see the ski resorts from the pool/hot tubs and in front more mountains plus the Yampa River across the street. « Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend. »
