Our room was 83 degrees. They fixed it late that evening, then when we arrived back at our room the following afternoon, it wasn't working again. Since I paid extra to get a room with AC, I asked for a partial refund and was told "we don't do that". I then asked for a manager and was told one wasn't available, but that they would have one call me. Needless to say, I never got a call or any money back. No one at front desk past 5 pm for any questions or concerns.
