🌊 The pool is closed from October to March. It is not heated, so please plan accordingly for cooler months.
● Pool hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM.
● Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (21+ years) on the pool deck.
● Babies/toddlers must wear swim diapers in the pool.
● Glass is not allowed on the pool deck.
● No smoking on the pool deck.
● For safety, cameras are in use around the pool area.
🚗 There is free parking available on-site, with a designated area for trailers and boats.
➤ Pets are not allowed at this property.
➤ Quiet Time: Please be mindful that quiet hours start at 10 PM.
➤ Balcony: Please avoid hanging towels over the balcony railing.
➤ Guests with stays longer than 7 days will incur a small cleaning fee of $45, which will be processed through Airbnb resolutions.

1. For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
- Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Local Guests & Under 23: If you are local and/or under the age of 23, please notify us before making your reservation.
3. Noise: Guests acknowledge they will keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm as sound may travel through the walls.
4. No Parties or Events: No parties or events are allowed on the property.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
6. Contact Information: Guests must provide a valid working phone number and notify us within 2 hours of arrival if any cleanliness issues do not meet their standards so we can address the situation promptly.
7. No Smoking or Fire: Smoking and fire use are not permitted. This includes vape pens and marijuana, as well as candles, incense, or sage. A $350 charge per day will apply if this rule is violated.
8. Guest Capacity: The maximum number of guests must not exceed the allowed limit. Violating this rule may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
9. Late Check-Out Fee: A $50 late check-out fee will apply if check-out is after 10:00 am (unless authorized). This fee is necessary to accommodate our housekeepers’ schedules.
10. Excessive Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee will apply for excessively dirty units, as documented with photos.
11. Midterm Cleaning for Extended Stays:
For groups of 4+ guests or those traveling with pets, a midterm cleaning is required for stays of 30 days or more.
For smaller groups (1–2 guests) without pets, a midterm cleaning is required for stays exceeding 6 weeks (42 days).
The midterm cleaning will occur on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
12. The cleaning fee for the midterm clean will be deducted through Airbnb resolutions.
13. Exterior Camera: For your security and protection, the property is equipped with an exterior camera.
14. Long-Term Guests: Guests staying over 30 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (agreement will be provided).
15. Belongings Left Behind: Please remember to take all your belongings upon check-out. Items left behind will incur a $50 mailing fee (separate from postage). We will do our best to return your items within a week.
16. Rule Violations: If our rules cause us to issue a refund or discount to another guest, you will be responsible for the associated costs.
17. Previous Guests: If you were a past guest who did not respect the rules or property, we reserve the right to decline your next reservation.
