This bright apartment, located on the first or the second floor, opens to a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an oven, and a dishwasher. The room is enriched by a masonry fireplace. The sleeping area comes with two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and the other one with twin beds. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the apartment. Outside, it boasts a wonderful large terrace with lake view, accessible both from the living room and the bedroom, and furnished with a table and chairs to fully enjoy the colours of the Lake Garda. At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating. \*Residenza Miralago offers to its guests a wonderful infinity pool with a solarium area (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach, and a pier for mooring boats. Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail. In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera. Just a few minutes to walk. Very good service desk. All our problems were taken serious and solved with fast reaction. Miralago team were always helpful and very friendly. Close to lake and boardwalk. Problems with not working aircondition in the apartment. Was partially fixed during our stay. Water stains at a few wall areas. Pool is only around 90 cm deep. The facilities of Desenzano were within walking distance which was ideal. The apartment itself could do with a bit of a refurbishment - for instance the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the air conditioning in the main room continually dripped quite a large volume of water onto the floor. To have a balcony overlooking Lake Garda was pretty special though and I guess that is what you are paying for (and we stayed in peak season so it was pretty expensive)! ##### Ed S.
