Everything went smoothly during check-in and the Rino area of Denver is a great place to hang out and a good location as a base area to get around. 4 stars because they do require you to download an app to access your check-in information or to check in early. I believe the room we stayed in had an accessible shower due to the seat, but it also did not have any way to prevent water from spilling across the entire bathroom. Additionally some of the hardware in the bathroom wasn't great (rusty or loose) which caused some hassle with getting the showerhead into a comfortable position. We used both the bed and the pull-out, and there was a bit of difficulty rearranging the furniture to accommodate the size of the pullout bed. This place is very clean and modern. It provided everything we need during our stay. The communication was easy through the app. Street parking was very easy to find in the front or right across the street. We had continuous issues getting hot water and had to wait forever until Sonder customer service answered our text (they never did answer our phone call). On the second day with tricky hot water, the Sonder person texted that I wasn’t using it properly? It’s a shower so I just expect to turn it on and get hot water. Anyhoo, despite a few surprising cold showers, I guess it was decent. Not great parking so be prepared. Also, your door code does not work until 4 pm, not a minute less. ##### Kirsten Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Roberta 9 mai 2025 Points forts : Propreté, confort de la chambre #### Pretty Good Stay in Denver Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. The property was not, they only had three towels and one hand towel for an apartment that sleeps six! The “essentials” cabinet had nothing in it. The earplugs on all the beds should have been an indicator of what to expect. You could hear all the neighbors, so much noise sleeping was terrible. The whole building smelled like garbage the entire time. The AC/heat worked well so that was nice.. there are way better options in the area for the price we paid. ##### Debrah Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Maria Voyage en famille 15 mars 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Convenient though impersonal Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly.
