Whipping up culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchen becomes an adventure, stainless steel gleaming and granite countertops inviting your creativity. Gather around the grand dining table, laughter echoing off the vaulted ceiling as eight souls connect over steaming plates and shared moments.

Retreat to your sanctuary, either the airy loft bathed in moonlight, where a California King bed promises dreams as vast as the mountain sky, or the tranquil queen-sized haven downstairs, where a soothing soak in the ensuite awaits. Let worries melt away under the spell of cascading water.

The basement? It's a secret world! Ignite the imagination with a movie marathon on the smart TV, snuggled by the flickering gas fireplace. Let playful spirits climb the built-in bunks, fort-building dreams fueled by giggles. Or simply steal away to the log bunks, a rustic nook for quiet contemplation.

Step outside onto the expansive deck, your private mountain balcony. Breathe in the invigorating air, feel the sun warm your skin on Adirondack chairs. Sizzle gourmet treats on the propane grill, laughter mingling with the scent of pine. In the gazebo, a private hot tub waits, veiled in steam, promising starlit soaks under a canopy of stars.

Important Notes:

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. Please do not leave food or garbage outside.

Technology:
WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online.  **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Groceries:  Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Parking Information
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required.
-Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community.
-Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
- Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.
