« The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities)...

« Beautiful location and view but the balcony furniture was old and uncomfortable. The two beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable, the sofas are old and worn and the large coffee pot didn’t work properly. Kitchen needs some large bowls for salads and serving. The condo itself is very nice and the views are beautiful. I feel pool access should be included and not require an extra fee per person. »

« The space was very clean and was plenty big enough for us. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a place to hang clothes in the unit, like just a hook on the back of the door would suffice. Also a bar of soap for the bathroom would have been nice. Otherwise the space was great. Plenty of towels and a nice enclosed deck area. Nice area to walk the dog around. Walking distance to most restaurants, the boardwalk, and beach. Parking is weird as you have a pass to park in non-metered parking...

« Location was great. Easy to beach and boardwalk 1/2 hour to Rehobeth boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and residents super friendly The place could definitely use a spruce up and rugs replaced with floors to make for a cleaner neater apartment »

« Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful. »
