« Luxuriant and elegantly appointed. A real gem property with attentive and timely replies from host. So wonderful, close to all the best outlet stores, restaurants and yet far enough away to not have all the street noise. Pool and fitness center were a huge plus. 10 mins to Dewey Beach. Will plan to rent again. Consider buying here its great ! »

« Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful. »

« The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities)...

« We had a wonderful stay at this beach house this weekend! The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach, no shoes required! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again! »

« Beautiful, clean, and well equipped home so very convenient to the beach and all area attractions and restaurant. Tania was easy to reach as needed and provided a new coffee pot immediately when we struggled with the one in the unit. We also left something in the unit and she worked with the cleaning team to get it and store it for us until we could get back to get it. »

« The property and location are exactly as described, in fact, even better than expected! Sean and Julie provide too many “extras” to list, such as flavored coffee pods, TOTALLY equipped kitchen/bathrooms, ample seating inside and on the balcony (which has a beautiful view of the ocean). We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our family, and they even welcomed us with a celebration banner!
