"Reservation specified free breakfast. Upon arrival I was told there would be no breakfast. Front desk was slow to check in. Room had cockroaches and a/c sounded like a jet plane when it started up. It kept us awake all night. My emails to corporate were ignored. "

"Carriage House was a lovely 70s era beach motel, that exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic. The price was a great value.The property was exceptionally maintained. The room was quite nice with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, real glassware, and very comfortable beds. The hosts (Mercedes and Suzanna) were delightful and welcoming.It appears this is a family style motel, with many returning guest. It was great for husband and me; no overly exuberant guests, everyone was very respectful and used the pool and dining area appropriately.I definitely feel I would come back here again."

"Loved the closeness to the beach. We only stayed a couple nights as we were in town for a concert in Boca Raton (which was a short drive) Room was clean and cute, had what we needed for a short stay. Bathroom was tiny (especially the shower)for us, we are both "bigger" people 😉 But it worked, would definitely stay again. Would look into one of the bigger ones if we plan on staying longer though. "

"Debbie was great with communication and took good care of us. Room was very spacious with multiple areas and a big closet to hang your clothes. There was a pool onsite that looked nice. The beach was 1 block away so very convenient. Only negative: they didn't have washclothes, there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom, and the recliner in our room didn't work."

"We stayed less than 16 hours literally an overnighter. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Loved the shower and room was spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
