The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. Towels and linens will be provided \- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am \- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. \- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. \- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. \- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. \- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. \- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. \- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. \- The garage is not available for guest use. \- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. \- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. The back porch is fantastic with a jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, seating area, and table to eat at. Parking is an issue as the owner has an off road vehicle in the garage, so the driveway has only room for one car. There is also a small parking spot in front of the house, basically made for a 4x4\. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautiful. The community pool is close by and hiking trails are across the street. I would definitely stay here again!! ##### Rolvix P.
