« Air conditioning was ok, rooms were not clean , 1 staff is not adequate for front desk/ breakfast and atrending to customer needs. We were given a room with zero toiletries, tub wasnt clean, fridge and microwave not clean either. »

« When we arrived at the hotel Friday evening, it smelled like smoke both inside and outside of our room. It was loud and people (other guests I and assuming) were shouting on premises. My family and I did not feel safe staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and told us we could cancel our reservation. I called the hotel today and was told that they indeed did cancel our reservation and have not collected any money for our stay/reservation. I would like to request a...

« We found the hotel was not as clean as portrayed in pictures. Leaves everywhere, our bed/sheets were wet in some areas which was strange to us. Overall, it would’ve been a nice space if it was properly maintained and accurate to pictures »

« The front desk staff need more training. For example, when I brought down the luggage cart, she said, « You have to put it over in the corner » while she continued to text on her cell. No please, no thank you, no courtesy at all. »
