"My room was extremely clean, and the amenities provided were great. I really enjoyed staying there. The only off-putting experience I had was upon checking in. I presented a print out of my Expedia confirmation pages to the staff behind the counter. He frowned at me and said he couldn't find my reservation. He did not go on to explain what I could provide to assist his search. I took out my driver's license and handed it to him. That seemed to do the trick. He gave me my room key, handed me two bottles of water without saying another word. I got a much more friendly greeting when I stupidly tried to check in at the Motel 6 across the street! The check in did not match the extremely nice ambiance of the hotel."

"I gave the review 5 stars because of Brienna. I booked through Expedia, and when I got to the hotel late at night, there was something wrong with the way Expedia booked the stay, and they hadn't paid the hotel yet. I tried calling Expedia to see what was wrong because they had already charged my credit card, but the wait was 20 minutes, and it was almost midnight. I didn't want to wait any longer to go to sleep. Brianna suggested I pay again, and we could discuss the payment with Expedia tomorrow to ensure I didn't get charged double. I didn't even have to call Expedia; Brienna messaged me Monday that she took care of everything for me, and I didn't have to worry about it. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me."

"We weren’t in our rooms much.. pretty much was a place to sleep for the night but the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, there was not hot items for breakfast just cold things, the pool didn’t look used much and we didn’t go in it because it looked like a lot of floating things in the water.. could of just been chlorine powder but wasn’t sure. For the price though it was not a bad place to stay and it was real easy to find and check in and out of."

"Lydia at the front desk is amazingly kind and helpful Breakfast buffet was good everyday. Made a waffle the first day; had to have one every breakfast. Housekeeping does a good job. The building is old but maintained. Everything works. But Upgrades are due."

"We had a smooth check in. This place was very clean and spacious and accommodated 5 of us very comfortably. The location was very convenient, so close to many grocery stores even within a walking distance. The host was very helpful and responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely book again."
