It has 210 square metres of living space, 40 square metres of usable space and 2 quietly located outdoor terraces behind the house. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture. New: Large sauna for exclusive use in the basement! Internet / WLAN is available in all rooms (free of charge) and an ornamental gravel area has been lovingly and elaborately laid out in front of the house. The house and the outdoor areas are very attractively illuminated in the evening and at night in a play of colours with LED spotlights.the holiday home extends over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people.it has a total of 6 separate double bedrooms, 3 of which are double bedrooms with an additional bed each (triple room).All bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor (3 bedrooms per floor), all bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and a third large bedroom on the 2nd floor, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an extra bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). 1 further bedroom on the 1st floor with box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and 2 further bedrooms on the 2nd floor with box-spring beds (1.40 m x 2.00 m).4 of the 6 bedrooms (the three 3-bed rooms and a smaller bedroom on the 2nd floor) also have modern washing facilities with mirror and make-up mirror.The holiday home has a modern and brightly designed and furnished living room on the ground floor with adjoining dining room, also with double sofa bed in the living room. You will find many leisure facilities and sights in Daun and the surrounding area. The 3 Daun lakes (Maaren) are only 2 to 4 kilometres away. You can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and many other water sports here. The Daun Wildlife and Adventure Park and the associated summer toboggan run are just 2 kilometres away. The world-famous Nürburgring race track is only about 18 km away. One of the most beautiful cycle paths in Germany, the Maare - Mosel cycle path (former railway line to the Mosel), starts and ends in Daun. Bicycles can also be hired cheaply in Daun. Das Objekt war ok. Es war von den Bildern nicht klar, dass die Terrasse zu einem anderen Ferienhaus gehörte. Eines der Bäder hat schlecht gerochen. Das WLAN hat fast jeden Tag den Geist aufgegeben und musste neu gestartet werden. Eine Dusche war kaputt und die Möbel sind zum großen Teil sehr wacklig. Diese Mängel hätten mich nicht so gestört, wenn der Vermieter uns am ersten Tag nicht noch mehr Geld abgenommen hätte für einen eineinhalb Tage Aufenthalt von 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern, obwohl insgesamt weniger Leute über den gebuchten Zeitraum im Haus waren, als wir gebucht und schon bezahlt hatten. Das war super ärgerlich. Ich würde gern wieder in diese Region reisen, würde aber wahrscheinlich ein anderes Objekt wählen. ##### Grit F.
