Other Amenities: The cabin is equipped with a hair dryer, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a comfortable stay. Between each guest, we meticulously mop floors, vacuum carpets, scrub kitchen and bathroom surfaces, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and ensure everything is back in its place before new guests arrive.

1. If issues arise during your stay, you`ll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.
2. It is a `must` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless pre approved.
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors and other guests in the building.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6. NO PETS ALLOWED. If a pet is brought to the property without prior approval and we discover it, it will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
7. Follow state laws when using the fire pit and outdoor grill. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
8. For noise complaints: 8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
10. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest`s stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines: 10.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes. 10.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination. 10.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water`s chemical balance. 10.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage. 10.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use. Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
11. Follow all check-out procedures: 11.1 Wash dishes, and please put them on the drying rack before leaving. 11.2 Place all towels and wash rags on the bathroom floor. 11.3 Remove all trash from the cabin, including any food and condiments in the refrigerator. To dispose of your trash, please use the green dumpster near the entrance.
Note: * Up to $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, carpet). All damages will also be charged to guests. * Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late, the guest will be charged $100. * Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to guests.

Perfect location
Perfect location in the center of everything you want to see, close to grocery store, gas station and ice cream shop etc. Clean property and responsive host. Hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day. Fire pit area and pool table were a real nice bonus (in unit 1) We left a few suggestions for additional comfort and the host was very friendly and appreciative.

We had such great stay! The rain put a monkey wrench in our riding plans all day Friday but the hot tub became a big hit! The outdoor games were enjoyed all weekend! The house was clean and very comfortable! Trystin was easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this unit! Good eating in the town too!!

It's an ok place
Everything is fine with this place. It's clean, everything works, etc. It's a strange layout with the two bedrooms on the main level and the kitchen and sitting area above the bedrooms. This location is a refurbished old townhouse 5-6 plex. So everything is recently renovated, but you can tell it was done on the low end price side. The hot tub and outdoor areas are nice - I still gave it 4 stars, but know what you are getting.
