Spanish villa idyllically situated on a mountainside, with ocean views and a pool. <br><br>The 1,700 m² property is located in the quiet neighborhood of Els Jardins/Cunit between Barcelona and Tarragona (near Sitges, Calafell, Coma Ruga, and Villanova). <br>The beach is just an 8-minute drive away, and the region boasts 20 km of contiguous sandy beaches. You’ll enjoy a stunning ocean view from the balcony or one of the bedrooms, among other spots. <br>With 5 bedrooms and space for up to 8–10 people across approximately 220 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room even for a large family. The house is spread over two floors and features a terrace with a grill and a large pool area. The two driveways can accommodate approximately 3 vehicles. <br><br>The rooms are laid out as follows:<br>Ground Floor: <br>- 1st master bedroom with ocean view, queen-size bed<br>- 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed<br>- Bathroom with tub and shower<br>- Toilet with bidet<br><br>Upper Floor:<br>- Living/dining room<br>- Kitchen<br>- Bathroom with tub, toilet, and bidet<br>- 3rd bedroom with double bed<br>- 4th bedroom with bunk beds<br>- 5th bedroom with double bed<br>- 2 balconies<br><br>All bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with ceiling fans.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (capsules), dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove, ice maker, waffle iron/sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as pots and pans in various sizes and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.<br><br>There is a living/dining room with a dining table, smart TV, and couch.<br>Internet access is provided via a fiber-optic line with a bandwidth of up to 300 Mbit/s.<br><br>The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and has two lockable entrances; the pool measures approximately 11 x 4 meters.<br><br>All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. One fire extinguisher is available per floor.<br><br>The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as sunshades.
