Supermarket 750 m, restaurant, bar 60 m, bus stop "estacion de tren Cunit" 1.5 km, railway station "Cunit" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Valparaiso" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 59 km, Sitges 19 km, Tarragona 45 km, Port Aventura 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
