« This was our first time in the Cashiers, Lake Glenville area and this house was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to relax after long days of hiking and boating. The house is only about 15 minutes to the lake and about 25 to Cashiers The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Fire pit with tree top Mountain Views was the best way to wind down every night. Highly recommend! »

« The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend. »

« The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. Everything we needed was supplied. Specifics were labled. Plenty of room. Friendly animals. Will definitely try...

"Great hotel, check in was top and receptionist was really helpful and very welcoming answering all my numerous questions. Breakfast is nothing but juice and coffee, nothing else! I had to go a little bit further for a real one! Bed was not as comfortable. Nevertheless I liked the place and raté was acceptable."
