The unit offers a queen bed, a full bed, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, outside gas grill , washer and dryer in unit. The unit is spacious and bright with a very large outside deck for entertaining. Free WIFI and a 55 inch smart TV. We are pet friendly. Have a boat or extra car? We have options for your boat, trailer, and extra car within ½ mile of Venture Out with no extra fees! Venture Out offers many activities such as tennis, basketball, bocce ball, pickle ball, playground and a recreation hall with free WIFI, lending library, ping pong and games. On site is fuel, a marina store and boat ramp. There is also an amazing 80 foot in length heated swimming pool and hot tub. Only a short walk to the county bus stop. 7 day minimum required. The community charges a security/registration fee upon arrival to the renter. The fee will be $116.28 plus $8.72 in tax. The neighborhood was very busy as it’s in a gated little tight community. There was anything from small modular homes, to campers to raised up small home and empty lots. Some very well maintained and some not so well. It was a nice house and great for those who travel and don't spend time outside at the house as you only had the back deck. We spent most of our time away from the house enjoying the area. The house had a great amount of accommodations with a full kitchen, laundry and all the lines. ##### James M.
