  • Stay at this cottage as a group of three or book all three properties on the complex and have a memorable getaway for nine guests. The capacious living room is a lovely space to relax in and the linear style of the cottage gives a sense of space throughout. Well equipped and comfortable, there is also a garden to the rear and a small terrace to the side. The National Trust woods and heathland in the area are a great spot for walks and, with dogs welcome too, the property is a great base for all the family to enjoy a coastal holiday.


    Enter this spacious thatched cottage and find that all you need is on one level. The dual-aspect sitting room offers comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player, and the pleasant kitchen/diner provides everything you need to rustle up delicious meals for three which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. Both the king-size and single bedrooms have wooden flooring and little decorative touches that give a nod to its coastal location. The spacious bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiles and provides you with a walk in shower. To the rear of the property, there is a courtyard and also a fully enclosed garden with a patio, table and chairs and high chair.


    West Runton is a delightful seaside village just over 1.5 miles from the beach. Positioned on the village's edge, the cottage enjoys an elevated setting at Norfolk's highest point, right on the dramatic Cromer cliffs. You can easily spend a day here crabbing and fossil hunting and, when hunger strikes, there is a pub, a grocer, two cafes and a fish restaurant to satiate you. For the foodies in your group, you’ll be perfectly placed to sample the local delights from Cromer crab to Brancaster mussels, artisan cheeses to freshly picked samphire. Other activities, including a gym and a golf club can all be found within half a mile of the cottage's front door. To the east discover the resort of Cromer (3 miles) with its famous pier and cliff-top walks. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a lifeboat museum, a golf course, a multi-screen cinema, the Amazona Zoo, and an indoor children's play barn. There’s plenty to satisfy those who crave some history on their holiday with the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles) and Blickling Hall (11 miles) nearby, both of which give you the chance to delve into the past as well as enjoy some wonderful grounds and gardens.
