« The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. »

« The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night »

« Manager asked for our card after we had paid a month before for our stay. He then charged our account with a $100.00 damage deposit without explaining that to us. It dropped off our account in a week. Room could have been cleaner. Tub was chipped, door did not shut correctly, very, very noisy. Next time we are in Holland, we will look elsewhere. »

« The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast. »
