Surrounded by trendy restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, hospital, bus station, bus stop, etc., which you can reach in just 5 minutes walking. Private parking for two cars. Comfortable, full of light, silent most of the time, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, all on one floor. IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO CLIMB STAIRS. Pleasant backyard with space for family living. All this in the best area of Cancun!
