### Casa Quintal - near the beach | cerca del mar

House 100 meters from the beach in a private neighborhood. It has three floors, the ground floor is very spacious and clear, living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio with a barbecue area that you will love. On the second floor are the bedrooms, each with a bathroom and terrace. On the third floor is the large Roof Garden "La Bonita" a space that connects Casa Quintal with Casa Lara, a spectacular 4x6 m swimming pool with panoramic views of the city, the sea, and the neighborhood. Outdoor room and hammock.  
  
The space  
Enjoy your vacation in this incredible three-story house, swimming pool in the Roof Garden with ocean and city views, patio with grill, two rooms with king size beds, terraces, a house designed to relax, have fun and spend unforgettable moments. Within a private subdivision with a security booth and 100 meters from the beach.  
  
Other things to note  
We love our planet, and in Mexico we go through a hard period of contamination, so we ask you to turn off the air conditioners when you are not inside the rooms, and / or at home. You will also help us to preserve our lodging rates, by not excessively increasing our electricity bills.
