At one point during our stay the main bedroom started having a leak from the ceiling. The leak was trickling and could have easily dripped on my 3 year olds bed who was sleeping a few inches away. When I messaged the management they said that it didn't affect our living situation so they would not be addressing the leak. They also said they would not be giving us any money back for the leak issue in the bedroom. In addition to the leak the overall condition of the place was poor and didn't feel clean. There were a number of cockroaches found in the kitchen and the bathrooms had a strong mildew smell and sewage smells at times. There were many light covers and thermostat covers that were falling off. In addition to all of that there were so many walls that were peeling and chunks were coming off of it. As a whole we did really enjoy the pools and the balcony of the apartment. The proximity to the beach was really incredible. ##### Zahava S. The apartment is a little dated and worn, but I thought that was reflected in the price and made for a good overall value. The jacuzzi was not filled when we arrived and we tried filling ourselves but the water came out slightly murky so we didn’t end up using it which was disappointing. Buying the day pass from the hotel for all you can eat/drink is definitely worth it for days that you don’t plan to go on any other excursions. Everything is right on the beach so it is a great environment and has fun for all. Lots of promoters on the beach to help find excursions. ##### Aurora H. The property did not provide the amenities that were listed in the add as included. We had a huge rain/wind storm and the windows were leaking so badly that we had a flood. We spent our time taking care of this. The host and owner were made aware of this immediately. They offered no help or credit. Very disappointing. Keep in mind this property was very expensive and no consideration of the customer. I will never return to the property. On a good note. The property is location in a prime area and has a nice view and very nice beach area. ##### Jill O.
