« This is a magnificent home on the beach at Merimbula. Very large and modern. Superbly furnished with every possible convenience. A large outdoor deck, bbq, and heated pool are the hub of activity. Walk down to the beach or up to the cafes and close to everything in the region. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it fully. »

« Great location. We brought our 2 dogs, the yard was big and fully fenced. Very comfortable for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs. »

« Easy to find with excellent method to get key. Large car park (we have a large car with 4 adults travelling) and excellent washing machine plus dryer. Upstairs had a wonderful set up and allowed us to have the space for both couples to have privacy. Equipment in kitchen was great and we were all very pleased. »

« Excellent location and great outlook from many rooms. The two queen bed rooms were great. The bunk room smelt very musty/dusty and there were no screens so windows could not be opened. The wooden sliding door to the bunk bed room did not slide easily. The single beds bed room was rather musty/dusty and there were small crawling insects that kept being found on the bed that was situated under the window. The sheets and towels overall were very clean however the doona covers, doonas and spare...

« I'm sad to say the 2 bedroom unit we rented was in desperate need of a revamp. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils were old, dirty and musty smelling. The bathroom had a revolting smell, the shower and ceiling were mouldy, probably due to lack of bathroom fan. There was also a powerpoint coming out of the bathroom wall that was an obvious hazard. Ants and cockroaches were everywhere! We had to ask for a fan for the bedroom as none were provided. Can manage without AC but...

« This property was a big home that accommodated our family well with plenty of space. We were an 8 person group for a one week stay, unfortunately we have feedback regarding some features of the property. - ants were present everywhere. We were cleanly and not leaving food out. We had to purchase antrid ourselves for management of this including regularly taking the bins out. - minimal provisions were provided such as garbage bags (2 provided), dishwashing tablets and laundry powder & toilet...

« We , my family of 4, and family friend , another family of 4 - 8 in total , had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rosies. The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. Could commune together when we wanted to and retreat for privacy as well. Fantastic to have towels and linen provided , especially travelling from Melbourne. « A very relaxing stay with a big beautiful (fenced) back yard for our dogs. We enjoyed exploring the area including Pambula and their stunning off leash dog friendly beach. We had sunny days out and afternoons in with drinks and bbq on the verandah with a view. The comfy couches and massive tellie were a hit. We'd love to come back to beautiful Merimbula. »
