"We had just gotten off a cruise at 8:30am and came to this hotel. I was not feeling well from a cough and cold. I had my head down at a table and one of the staff , younger girl asked if I was ok. I said I didn’t feel well. She went to her manager and asked if they could get our room ready faster. That meant the world to me. What a caring staff member. Everyone there was very nice."
